Pilots advocating for more diversity in the cockpit

The aviation industry has been criticized for a lack of diversity on the flight deck. The nonprofit group "Sisters of the Skies," says more than 1 percent of all professional pilots in the U.S. are African American. The organization wants to change that by getting young girls of color interested in becoming airline pilots.
