Many governor proposed homeless housing sites in Bay Area
The governor called homelessness the state's top issue in his State of the State address. On Friday we learned of a key component aimed and helping the problem. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama reports on the 286 governor identified sites where housing is proposed. Many of them are in the Bay Area.
