San Francisco restaurant owner comforts with her cooking, delivers free meals to those in need

The owner of Eric's restaurant, a Noe Valley fixture of 30 years, is open for take-out, but is also cooking free-hot meals and having them delivered for the most vulnerable people including immunocompromised and the elderly.
