Sheriff's deputy with history of rescuing people saves residents from burning building

A San Mateo County sheriff's deputy was first on the scene of an apartment complex on fire in Millbrae. The hero has a history of rescues. This time he suffered smoke inhalation, but managed to get several residents to safety.
