Public health officials threaten North Bay bistro with restraining order

A bistro in Napa County that has been struggling economically with coronavirus restrictions decides to open for sit down service with fewer tables amid the pandemic and against the governor's guidelines. Masks are not required, but public health officials have now issued them a warning.
