Contra Costa Co. stores, offices can open Wednesday under new health order

In Contra Costa County, starting Wednesday, shopping malls and other indoor retail businesses will be allowed to reopen, highlighting the latest new county health order that expands allowable activities as COVID-19 coronavirus-related restrictions are loosened up further.
