New surveillance video of deadly CHP shooting of Erik Salgado in Oakland
Oakland Police Department says three CHP officers opened fire on Erik Salgado over the weekend in East Oakland after he rammed them with a stolen car. New surveillance video obtained by KTVU shows some of the incident where at least 40 shots can be heard.
