Union City police investigate hate crime after car spray painted with racial slurs

A Union City man, who happens to be Black, posted Black Lives Matter signs in his car. Now police are investigating a hate crime after his car was tagged with expletives, racial slurs and his windshield smashed. We spoke to the victim of the crime who was disturbed, but is now angry.
