Solano County business owners stunned by Gov. Newsom's reversal

For bars and restaurants in some Bay Area counties that just started serving indoors, the governor's order reversing the loosening of restrictions came as a shock. KTVU's Debora Villalon spoke to some of the business owners effected in Solano County.
