San Jose business owner enforces face covering ordinance on non-compliant customers
A San Jose restaurant owner had to enforce the face covering ordinance on a group of five friends, who are not regulars, who all came in not wearing face masks. The group argued they were exempt. The owner said he felt harassed and wanted to protect his staff and customers from COVID-19 and the confrontational group.
