New bill would provide free masks for all Americans

The proposed Masks For All bill would provide free masks are manufactured for all Americans and N95 masks for health care workers. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama says the details of the bill would allow pickup of the masks at post offices and include supplies for prisons, nursing homes and homeless shelters.
