Hot-dog vendors cooking up controversy in San Francisco

Business owners at Pier 39 and Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco say the unlicensed mobile hot-dog vendors are stealing their business. Restaurants say it's tough enough to stay afloat during the pandemic and the vendors pose a threat to public safety with un-refrigerated meats.
