Bi-partisan caucus offers coronavirus relief compromise

A bi-partisan group of 50 congress members, who are moderates from 22 states, call themselves the 'Problem Solvers Caucus' and have crafted a coronavirus relief compromise plan in hopes of jump starting talks.
