Vehicles linked to sideshows in Santa Rosa are being impounded

Sideshows are gaining traction in Santa Rosa, happening almost every weekend. But a new effort to hold participants accountable is allowing police to impound vehicles linked to the illegal activity. A dozen vehicles have been towed so far.
