Marin Co. restaurants asked to observe 25% occupancy for indoor dining

Worrisome statistics from health officials have many people sticking to take-out rather than indoor dining. With COVID on the rise again, Marin County health officials are asking to limit capacity inside restaurants to 25%. KTVU's Debora Villalon reports on the economic and emotional hardship.
