Woman killed in New Year’s Eve hit-and-run crash remembered at vigil

Family and friends gathered in San Francisco's South of Market neighborhood to remember the two victims of the New Year's Eve fatal hit-and-run crash. The mother of one woman killed flew in from Japan.
