Atmospheric river arrives, causing flash flood watch in the North Bay

Sonoma County is bracing for heavy wind and rain brought on by a winter storm. A Flash Flood Watch is in effect ahead of the upcoming atmospheric river cloud with rain event and is valid from Tuesday afternoon through Thursday afternoon for the North Bay, including Sonoma County.
