FDA to recommend authorization for Johnson and Johnson vaccine

An FDA advisory committee on vaccines is expected to recommend Johnson and Johnson's COVID19 vaccine for emergency authorization use. Millions of doses could be rolled out by next week. KTVU's James Torrez reports.
