Teen’s quarantine boredom spawns spontaneous homemade swings

Like many, a 13-year-old boy has been bored during the pandemic, but his ingenuity has spawned a public swing project in the East Bay. He's made 20 so far and put them up throughout Oakland for others to enjoy.
