Armed suspect barricaded inside San Jose home, police say

A San Jose police standoff has been going on for more than four hours Monday evening. Police have evacuated about a dozen residents from several homes in the area. An armed man is barricaded inside a home. Police have the home surrounded with armored tactical vehicles.
