California attorney general takes lead in Windsor mayor sex assault investigation

Windsor Mayor Dominic Foppoli is showing no signs of backing down from sex crime allegations coming from multiple women. Now, due to a conflict of interest in the Sonoma County district attorney's office, the California attorney general's office is taking the lead in the investigation.
