Windsor Town Council voted to pass a resolution at a special meeting Wednesday night to demand disgraced Mayor Dominic Foppoli's resignation.?Foppoli faces accusations of sexual assault. However, the resolution has no teeth and a recall election may be the only viable option to remove him from office.
