California reviewing CDC guidance on masks

The Centers for Disease Control put out new guidance saying fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear masks, indoors or outdoors. California health officials are reviewing the guidance and will determine if the state will follow suit. KTVU's James Torrez reports.
