Chilling surveillance video shows VTA shooter walking in the railyard in between shootings

Surveillance video shows the VTA mass shooter calmly walking after he had already opened fire in a building at the San Jose light-rail yard and before he entered a 2nd building to continue shooting, according to Santa Clara County Sheriff.
