12-year-old Oakland boy shot in the foot by catalytic converter theief

When an Oakland father woke up early Thursday morning to the sounds of a thief stealing his vehicle's catalytic converter, he went outside to stop what was happening. But the man's 12-year-old son ended up being shot in the foot by the thief. KTVU's Henry Lee reports.
