Concerns over power outages accompany Bay Area heat advisory

Cooling centers prepare for some of the Bay Area's hottest temperatures so far this season on Thursday. Doctors say heat stroke is more severe than heat exhaustion and advise to stay hydrated and in the shade. Meanwhile many areas are already experiencing power outages.
