OPD: Multiple shooters storm Lake Merritt, motive linked to San Francisco gangs

Oakland police believe a gang feud is behind Saturday's shooting at Oakland's Lake Merritt. Detectives say the two gangs aren't even from Oakland, but San Francisco. KTVU's Candese Charles reports.
