Surfside collapse: 1 new death brings total to 5, homicide detectives embedded with recovery teams
On Saturday evening, Surfside officials held a press conference to share new information from the scene of Thursday's collapse. 156 remain unaccounted for after the Champlain Tower South condominium collapsed, and tonight we learned that the neighboring building was built in about the same time, by the same developer, and was probably built with the same plans. Officials also said they can't determine what made building fall down.
