California could award VTA $20 million in mass shooting recovery funds

A $20 million relief package for Valley Transit Authority is being discussed in the State Capitol. The money would be used in part to repair the damaged Guadalupe light rail yard in San Jose that was the site of last month's deadly mass shooting.
