VTA looks to balance employees' needs with community's in light rail return plan

Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority's board of directors heard plans Tuesday to resume light rail service, with the goal of getting it back up and running by the end of this month. Now, VTA is trying to balance their employees’ needs, with the needs of the community.
