Defense team calling for Scott Peterson to testify in Kristin Smart's murder

The defense team for Paul Flores, who is on trial for the murder of Kristin Smart, is calling for Scott Peterson to testify in Smart's disappearance. Flores argues that Peterson knew Smart, and was even at the same party as Smart before she went missing.
