4-day, 32-hour work week proposed by California congressman

The 40-hour American work week would be replaced by a four-day schedule of 32 total hours under legislation introduced by a California congressman. Rep. Mark Tacano introduced the bill that would make most Americans eligible for overtime if they work more than 32 hours in a week.
