Possible shooting in Caldecott Tunnel causes traffic backup
Traffic is backed up ahead of the Thursday evening commute on eastbound CA-24 west of the Caldecott Tunnel and Orinda due to an incident between two vehicles, officials said. Highway Patrol officials said there was violence between two cars and one of them may have bullet holes.
