'Mega-event' requirements take effect in California
Indoor gatherings with 1,000 people will be required to check for proof vaccination or a recent negative COVID tes from attendeeds in California under a newregulation taking effect toda. Outdoor events with 10,000 people or more are also categorized as mega events, but proof of vaccination or COVID test is only recommended.
