Oakland school board to vote on vaccine mandate for students

Oakland's school board is expected to vote Wednesday on whether all eligible students will be required to be vaccinated against the coronavirus. If passed, the Oakland Unified School District would be the first district in the Bay Area to require the vaccine for students to attend class in person.
