Union City's 1st homicide of year takes life of devoted family man
Joaquin "Kenny" Tenorio was fatally shot outside of his home as he planned to go for a motorcycle ride. His killing was the first homicide in Union City since 2019. Family members are stunned saying that Tenorio was a hard-working, happy person who was devoted to his sons, a nephew that he's raised and his wife.
