Oakland Police Department struggles to combat rampant violent crime

So far in 2021, 106 people have been killed in the city of Oakland. It's the most homicides since 2013. Police are looking at new ways to combat the rampant violence. Police Chief LeRonne Armstrong joined KTVU's The Four to discuss what is in the works.
