Teen killed in Oakland road-rage shooting, police chief says

A 15-year-old girl was fatally shot while riding in a car with her uncle. The uncle and another driver had gotten into an argument before the gunfire, according to Oakland Police Chief LeRonne Armstrong said during a press conference.
