San Francisco Safeway reduces hours allegedly due to out-of-control shoplifting

A Safeway supermarket in the Castro area of San Francisco has reduced its hours and is now closing at 9 pm. The supervuisor representing the district said that shoplifting at the grocery store is out of control.
