About 4 in 10 fifth-graders in California say they need mental healthcare, according to a new survey from UCSF. Kaitlin Soule, a therapist and the founder of Bay Area Modern Therapy, joined us on "The Nine" to discuss why students are reporting high levels of sadness, stress or bullying.
