San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins announced attempted murder charges for the suspect in last week's seemingly random Chinatown stabbing that injured a man. And in the case of the mayor's security detail getting in a scuffle, the charges have been announced for two suspects, including assault of an officer.
