Partial government shutdown continues

A deal in the U.S. Senate to end a partial government shutdown is running into opposition from both sides in the House. Senate Democrats and the White House reached a deal last week that would fund most agencies through September. The agreement to fund the Department of Homeland Security appears to be on shaky ground.
