Salesforce "rebuilding from bottom up" with Slack AI and 30+ new features
San Francisco-based Salesforce launched new AI Slackbot capabilities Tuesday, along with more than 30 new features. CEO Marc Benioff says the acquisition of the Slack platform five years ago has given Salesforce an opportunity to become a hub for thousands of companies to create applications and customer experiences within Slack and utilize AI. It comes as Microsoft and Google also seek to build AI ecosystems to compete for customers.
