New evidence in Vietnamese Heritage Garden monument theft

Weeks after the theft of a statue from the Vietnamese Heritage Garden in San Jose, police have released previously unpublished security footage of the theft. The video shows two individuals cutting through the base of the statue and taking it away in what was later determined to be a stolen truck. Authorities are asking anyone who recognizes the individuals in the footage to contact the San Jose Police Department.
