Inland Valleys & Hills Completely sunny by mid morning after any brief valley stratus burns away. Higher elevations above 1,000 feet will remain notably warm and dry. Significantly warmer. Reaching the low to mid-80s, except up to 94 degrees in the hottest locations well Inland. (90 in the TriValley, 92 Fairfield, Discovery Bay, Brentwood). Breezy west afternoon winds 10-20 mph.
