Father speaks out about daughter's 'suspicious' death in Antioch
Joseph Flores tells KTVU it was his daughter, Jeana, who was found dead early Friday. He says an investigator called his family and informed him of her passing. Police say a teen’s body was found lying on the shoulder of the road along L Street, between West 18th and West 10th.
