SF Mayor sends layoff notices to 127 city workers

San Francisco's Mayor Daniel Lurie issued layoff notices to 127 employees Monday, saying the city is facing a looming budget deficit and has lost significant federal and state funds. Unions say Mayor Lurie should do more to preserve jobs and raise outside revenue to offset federal cuts.
