Applications for California down payment assistance program open February 24

The California Dream for All program provides down payment assistance for first-generation homebuyers, by up to 20% of a home's value. Eric Johnson from the California Housing Finance Agency joins Mornings on 2 to share details of the program, before applications open up to the public.
