The Forecast: Heavy morning marine fog will stubbornly stick around, only partially clearing right along the immediate beaches by late afternoon.  The Bayshore Comfortable, starting cloudy but ending bright. Daytime Highs: 66°F to 70°F. The Forecast: Overcast skies will dominate the morning commute. The sun will easily break through by lunchtime, with a cool, steady 15- 20 mph ocean breeze blowing through the Golden Gate. Breezy. Inland Warm and sunny, though cooler than Sunday. Daytime Highs: 76°F to 86°F. (except 89 in Fairfield) The Forecast: Morning clouds will quickly burn off by mid-morning, opening up to completely clear, sunny skies and a light breeze for the rest of the day
