Less than a week after a Minneapolis woman was shot and killed by an ICE agent during a large federal immigration enforcement operation, Minnesota and the Twin Cities are suing the Department of Homeland Security. The lawsuit seeks to halt or limit the immigration enforcement, calling the operation unlawful and a threat to public safety.
